Like many of us in the industry, Carolyn fell into staffing by chance. At the time, she was working for an individual who recommended that Carolyn go see his wife, who was a manager in the staffing industry. Something about her people skills and her energy just seemed to him like staffing could be a perfect career path for her, and he was right! In 2015, she brought her expertise to the Johnson & Hill team. For Carolyn, it’s the interaction with people that keeps her engaged in the profession; she thrives on satisfying job seekers and fulfilling the needs of her clients.

After a little while, she decided it was time to come back and re-establish her roots here, in the region she considers to be her home. Whether working with candidates or with business partners, Sarah sees the importance of always giving everyone a positive experience. And besides being talented and bright, Sarah also adds a nice positive vibe to the mix. We’re certainly happy to have her on the team!

A western MA native, Marissa has a soft spot for the community in which we live and work. In fact, one of the things that excited her most with entering the staffing industry was the possibility to interact and connect with more people in the region.
