As the leader of Johnson & Hill, Andrea sets the vision and leads with a sense of purpose to lay the groundwork for the organization. Aside from taking genuine pleasure in working with our clients and candidates, Andrea loves her role because it gives her the freedom to manifest her vision while also giving back to the community in a number of ways. But what makes her the most proud is the team that she works with at Johnson & Hill. This diverse group of professionals brings a range of backgrounds and skills and has worked together to create long-term relationships with candidates and clients, some of whom have been with Johnson & Hill for over 20 years.
First job: She worked a variety of temp jobs while in college, from trade shows and seminars to HR assistant
Fun Fact: Her first week of Johnson & Hill, she processed payroll but sent the checks out unsigned because she forgot that she was the person to sign the checks
Creative outlet: Culinary explorations—no cooking or baking challenge is too daunting!
Since 1995, June has been exploring her extensive career with Johnson & Hill Staffing. She originally came to Johnson & Hill seeking temporary work, which we happily found for her – internally! June began as our front desk receptionist and over time, she held almost every role in our office! Today she focuses on working with companies of all sizes to meet their staffing needs. A problem solver at heart, she enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect candidate for her clients and is always looking for new and innovative ways to exceed her clients’ expectations. At the end of the day, she finds satisfaction in helping candidates and setting them up for success by matching them with the right opportunity.
Dream job: A toss-up between being a florist and an event planner
Favorite indulgence: June loves the beach!
First job: A school co-op assignment as an office clerk
Before coming to Johnson & Hill, Pam had an impressive career working in the legal industry, which makes her the perfect individual to manage the Johnson & Hill Legal Division! Part of the Johnson & Hill team since 1997, Pam is one of our veterans and still loves the feeling she gets when one of her associates is hired by a client. Knowing she is the liaison who connected the employer and employee keeps her feeling passionate and engaged with her job. Pam also manages our client services department to ensure we are always exceeding our clients’ needs.
Fun fact: In her next life, she wants to come back as a singer
Favorite indulgence: Being away on a sunny beach (hopefully, with a drink in her hand!)
Favorite call-out excuse: Employee called out because there was an unexpected python in the bathtub (later verified by a story in the news)
Tiffany came on board with Johnson & Hill in 2016 but began her recruiting career with a Boston firm in 2005. For Tiffany, her favorite part of this industry is its unpredictable nature; she loves that she has no idea what to expect from one day to the next, so it really keeps her on her toes! As the director of the Accounting & Finance Division, Tiffany specializes in a wide range of accounting roles. Having worked for a CPA firm, she brings a great deal of expertise when working with our accounting and finance clients. In addition, Tiffany also heads the Direct Hire portion of our business.
Fun fact: Tiffany worked in public schools for seven years teaching 8th grade math and science
Favorite indulgence: Visiting new places, taking pictures, and then scrapbooking all of it
In 2000, Erin first came on board as a payroll assistant. We quickly saw her talent and skills and hired her as a full-time regular employee. Currently, she oversees a large range of functions—social media campaigns, accounting/payroll, HR/compliance, and recruiting processes/procedures. Overall, she loves that her position allows her to use both the creative and the analytical parts of her brain. While we appreciate all of Erin’s great skills and hard work, her sense of humor is something that really makes her a pleasure to have on the team.
Fun fact: Went to school for 10 years and isn’t a doctor!
Favorite indulgence: Binge watching Netflix
Dream job: Something creative, like reviewing books or doing movie reviews
Cassandra first started with Johnson & Hill in 2014. When she later decided that it was time to explore the big city, we bid her a sad goodbye as she headed to Boston (where she continued her staffing career). But in 2017, Cassandra decided that she missed her home and family (both her real family and her Johnson & Hill family), so we were lucky enough to welcome her back. In her current role, Cassandra collaborates with organizations in the community as part of our business development team. What she loves most about her career with Johnson & Hill is the company culture, with its value on diversity and its roots as a woman-owned company.
First job: At age 10, Cassandra had a paper route after school. She was assigned to two streets.
Fun Fact: All of her immediate family was born on a holiday: Cassandra on Mother’s Day, both parents on Valentine’s Day, twin brother and sister on Father’s Day, and her parents’ wedding anniversary is on July 4th.
Favorite candidate moment: Candidate accidently ended the call with “I love you” instead of good bye
Like many of us in the industry, Carolyn fell into staffing by chance. At the time, she was working for an individual who recommended that Carolyn go see his wife, who was a manager in the staffing industry. Something about her people skills and her energy just seemed to him like staffing could be a perfect career path for her, and he was right! In 2015, she brought her expertise to the Johnson & Hill team. For Carolyn, it’s the interaction with people that keeps her engaged in the profession; she thrives on satisfying job seekers and fulfilling the needs of her clients.
First job: Working the fitting room at TJ Maxx
Fun Fact: Carolyn mentored and trained Andrea (our President) while at her first job in the staffing industry
Building upon her managerial experience in retail fashion, Stephanie is a pro when it comes to recruiting and interviewing applicants. And even better, she has a strong grasp on what it means to deliver excellent customer service. Aside from meeting with applicants and helping to match them with careers, Stephanie happily accepts some of the more tedious administrative tasks because she loves working with numbers, charts, and metrics.
Favorite indulgence: Candy, baking, jewelry making, and online shopping
Dream job: Personal assistant to a celebrity…in California where it’s warm!
Kevin describes himself as someone who “helps good people get good jobs.” As a recruiter, seeing candidates find work through Johnson & Hill is really what keeps him passionate about his role. From his first job at his family’s butcher shop to then becoming a high-school teacher, Kevin’s career path has enriched his ability to connect with individuals of all backgrounds, which comes in handy when helping others on their career path. He’s valued here for his excellent use of the English language and also for the “punny” jokes he makes in an effort to keep the mood light and positive.
Fun fact: Kevin proudly brings a Star Wars lunchbox to work each day

Favorite indulgence: Takeout and TV show marathons
Adam entered the world of recruiting when he first joined Johnson & Hill in 2011. While he still works as part of the recruiting team, he also assists with coordinating many of the company’s marketing efforts. For him, the best part of his job is the marketing work and the chance to apply creative thought in a strategic way. On the recruiting end, his experience in several industries makes it easy for him to connect with people and understand the needs of individuals of differing backgrounds.
Fun fact: Adam also works as a barber
Favorite indulgence: Sitting in a quiet café on a Monday morning listening to music, with his nose buried in a book on hair chemistry
A member of the Johnson & Hill team since 2003, Peggy wears many hats and is vital to the Johnson & Hill administrative operation. She assists with recruiting efforts, serves as the face of Johnson & Hill at events/job fairs, and handles a large variety of administrative tasks. Besides being a true team player whom we have all come to count on, she is a real people person. Peggy cares about every candidate who calls us or comes to our office, and always offers suggestions and assistance to help provide direction. Her smile and positive attitude are some of the many things that make her a valuable member of our team.
Fun fact: Peggy worked in the credit industry for 25 years
First job: Working in the auditing department of a regional treasury office
Favorite indulgence: Dining out! Peggy has a natural curiosity when it comes to exploring cuisine of all kinds

Mary-Jane began with Johnson & Hill in 2014 but is definitely not a stranger to the world of staffing and recruiting. Connecting people with careers brings Mary-Jane lots of joy, and she is great at providing helpful feedback for the candidates she meets. Each day, she brings a positive, bubbly attitude and is a wonderful addition to the team. And she also runs our fantasy football league! In addition to her efforts on the recruiting side, Mary-Jane handles the HR responsibilities for our hundreds of associates who are out there on the job.
Fun Fact: Mary-Jane was born in Guyana, a small country in South America
Favorite indulgence: Game nights with friends and family
Since 2014, Stephanie has been a valued member of the Johnson & Hill team. As operations & marketing coordinator, she handles the payroll processing and billing for our associates. Needless to say, her job is very important to all of our employees! While payroll lets Stephanie use the left side of her brain, she also gets to channel her creative side by managing the day-to-day aspects of our social media platforms. And when we’re starting to hit a wall mid-afternoon, we can always count on Stephanie to rally up the troops to coordinate a quick coffee run for a pick-me-up.
First job: Barn hand and horseback riding instructor
Fun Fact: Stephanie shares her home with 48 legs of animals which include a dog, cat, chickens, goats, and horses
