Kenexa Prove It! - gives Johnson & Hill the power to identify and select the most talented candidates and employees with over 400 assessments including software, office, call center, accounting, professional, and technical skills. We can accurately determine the skill level for almost any position. We can also train individuals via the Internet or at our office to further enhance skills and productivity.

Orientation & Committment Agreement - we thoroughly train associates as to the policies and procedures involved in working with our service and at our client locations. Associates make a commitment to Johnson & Hill Staffing Services and our clients. They learn what is expected of them and how important their role can be.

Employment Screening - At our client's request we can provide a variety of employment testing including: background screening, drug testing, degree checks, credit checks, and driving record verification. Please contact a Placement Specialist to discuss your needs. The services are available at an additional fee. The screenings are conducted with the full knowledge of the candidate and in full compliance of all applicable laws.
