Temporary Assignments can vary from a minimum of 4 hours to a few days, weeks or months. Employers can source employees with skills ranging from clerical, administrative, accounting, financial, professional and technical. Employers pay an all-inclusive hourly bill rate and Johnson & Hill Staffing Services assumes all the employer responsibilities. Temp to Hire Assignments are similar to temporary positions, however they begin with the intention to possibly hire the Johnson & Hill Associate provided the placement is successful. There is no obligation by either the client or associate. The twelve weeks are a time for each to assess the situation and determine if the match is a good fit. At the end of the twelve weeks the client may hire the Johnson & Hill Associate at no additional fee.
Direct Hire Placements are situations where the client prefers to hire the Johnson & Hill Associate immediately with no trial period. The Employer pays an agreed upon fee and hires the candidate directly onto their payroll. We do guarantee these placements with a 100% refund or a replacement if the placement ends prior to 60 days.
