At Johnson & Hill, we take extensive measures to check-in with our clients and follow up on the employees we have placed. If, at anytime, there is a problem with an employee, we ask that you call us immediately, and we will work to rectify the situation.
For temporary and temp-to-hire positions, if you are not satisfied with an employee, simply notify us within the first three days of an assignment, and we will replace that individual free of charge. In addition, we offer a 90-day guarantee for direct hires.
