If a concern should arise while on an assignment, who should be contacted?
A staff member at Johnson & Hill should be contacted with any question, concern, or challenge that may need to be discussed. We are your employer and want to make this a pleasant working experience.
If an associate is hired by a client, is there an opportunity to work through Johnson & Hill again?
Yes. Situations change and Johnson & Hill welcomes top performing associates back to work with us on a regular basis. We look forward to a long lasting and mutually rewarding relationship with all of our associates.
Is there an opportunity to update computer skills while working through Johnson & Hill?
Yes. Training tutorials are available online or at our office. Contact one of our staff members for more information.
When placed on a "temp to hire" assignment, will the associate definitely be hired by the client?
No. As in any position, performance is a critical piece of the hiring process. The benefit to both the client and associate, in a "temp to hire" situation, is the opportunity to evaluate whether or not both parties have found a successful match.
