Thank you for choosing Johnson & Hill Staffing Services. We are pleased that you have joined our team of associates. In order to ensure that you are aware of our policies and guidelines, please read this carefully.

Our office hours in Springfield are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Our Northampton office is open on a part time schedule that varies. Our telephone number in Springfield is (413) 746-3535. We have an answering service on during non-business hours.
WE ARE DEPENDING ON YOU, AND SO ARE OUR CLIENTS!!
If you are going to be late for an assignment or cannot report to work because of an emergency, it is important that you contact our office immediately. Failure to call in regarding an intended absence or tardy can lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. It should also be noted that any absence of two days or shifts, while on assignment, without proper notice provided to Johnson & Hill will be considered a voluntary resignation, job abandonment.

Upon completion of any work assignment, all employees are to notify Johnson & Hill to register their availability. Please contact us if you are available so we can actively search for assignments for you. Employees who fail to do so within two (2) business days of the completion of their last assignment will be considered unavailable for future assignments. If you cannot complete an assignment, it is extremely important to give us notice in order to find a qualified replacement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION!!
Appropriate dress is required on all assignments. We will provide you with that information for each assignment.
